Fresh Creativo Photography provides wedding photography and related services in Tampa, Florida and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and confirmed only after a signed contract and retainer payment.

3. Booking & Payments

A non‑refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance must be paid by the due date stated in your photography contract. No services will be provided until payment is received in full.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a new agreement. If the photographer must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, a qualified replacement may be provided or a refund issued as outlined in your contract.

5. Photographer Substitution

In the event of illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute another qualified photographer. If a substitute is not available, a refund may be issued according to your contract terms.

6. Image Delivery & Turnaround

Edited images are delivered digitally within the timeframe stated in your contract. Delivery times may vary based on season, workload, and project complexity. Raw/unedited files are not provided.

7. Copyright & Usage Rights

Fresh Creativo Photography retains full copyright to all images. Clients receive personal‑use rights for sharing and printing. Commercial use, resale, or editing of images is prohibited without written permission.

8. Model Release

By booking our services, you grant Fresh Creativo Photography permission to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before your event.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to cooperate, be punctual, and ensure that photography locations are safe and accessible. We are not responsible for missed shots due to lack of cooperation, late arrivals, or venue restrictions.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to deliver high‑quality images, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including equipment failure, weather, or unforeseen events. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

11. Website Use

All content on this website—including images, text, branding, and design—is the property of Fresh Creativo Photography. Unauthorized copying, downloading, or reproduction is prohibited.

12. Privacy

PACKAGE DOWNGRADE

To provide our clients with the ultimate service. Fresh Creativo will provide the service booked and paid for. Should changes be required such as canceling or downgrading, package pricing will remain the same.
